- Started game well and scored good goal / Turning point came when Henri Lansbury (Scunthorpe United FC) had shot cleared off line / Team defended far too deeply / Do not believe team has performed today on big occasion / All credit to Luton Town / Need to bottle up experience of defeat now / Have very young team / Will analyse what went wrong by studying tapes of match / Had good opportunities to win game but hasn't happened / Have given bad goals away / Told players after match to botlle up bad experience / Few of players were in tears / Unity in squad of going through good times and bad times together / Was fantastic to get to first cup final in Scunthorpe's history / Team can flourish from their experience here / Trying to be dignified in defeat because Luton have done very well / Learnt whether some individuals can perform on big stage or not / Need to keep this group of players together
