Story:

Richmond Council is turning to the London's kitchens to cut costs and its carbon footprint. The council has become the first local authority in the country to run all its vehicles on biodiesel made from recycled cooking oil. Not only is it green, it's at least five pence a litre cheaper than normal diesel.
