Story:

Illnesses derived from genetic disorders such as cystic fibrosis and Huntington's disease cause heartache for anyone affected. But pioneering new treatment is now available for thousands of families at St Thomas's Hospital in London, which is now the biggest IVF centre in the country. The new 4 million pound unit could prevent couples from passing on inherited diseases to their children.
