Manufacturers Johnson and Johnson Inc. have ordered a halt to sales of all capsules of the pain remedy. The discovery of the strychnine in Oroville, California, immediately raise the possibility that the Chicago killer had found an imitator. No deaths were reported from the strychnine poisoning, although one man was taken ill, and later recovered. Meanwhile, in Washington, the US Food and Drug Administration announced a halt to sales of all Tylenol products in capsules, but not in tablet, form.
