Story:
The Prime Minister is set to announce free one-to-one care for every cancer patient in Britain. On the 8th of February 2010, Gordon Brown will outline the plan to provide all Britain's 1.6 million cancer patients with a personal nurse in their own homes. Cancer charities are giving the plan a cautious welcome tonight, but have echoed the Tories' concerns about where the money will come from.
