Story:

It is not the legacy Tony Blair would have wished for. A poll in the Independent newspaper suggests just one percent of voters will remember the Blair years for Devolution to Wales and Scotland, two percent for improvements to public services, six percent for the Northern Ireland peace process and 69 percent for the Iraq war. On his tenth anniversary in power, the Prime Minister has given the biggest hint yet that he will resign soon.
