Story:
Parliament is drafting a new constitution which will take Hungary towards a Western-style democracy. Leading Politburo reformer, Imre Pozsgay, believes in the multi-party system and is gaining the support of other members including General Secretary Karoly Grosz. Parties, such as the Smallholders Party and Social Democrats, are gaining members and holding meetings.
