  1. The website asks me to enter my email address, but won't accept it

    If you haven't registered with us before, you can register through the registration page. You will receive an email confirming your registration.

    If you get a message saying that "there has been an error with your login", please check that you are using the same email address that you registered with.

    Please note that the ITN Source login system requires that your browser supports cookies and will accept them from our site.

    If you can't remember the email address you registered with, or you continue to experience difficulties, please contact Customer Support.

  2. Why can't I play video from this site?

    To play the videos on the site you need up-to-date video software and a computer that supports video.

    Flash and QuickTime are needed to view the free preview clips on the site.

  3. What if I can't find what I want?

    You can conduct your own research via the website search page. Each item is logged in a shotlist, that consists of a description of the shots, a résumé of the story, location details and source details. These shotlists can be easily retrieved and the search engine operates a free text search. Alternatively, check out our search tips.

  4. How can I view the footage if it is not online?

    Thousands of hours from our archive is viewable online and this number increases on a daily basis. If you would like to see footage that is not available on our website, you can order a Screener - that's a copy DVD. It will have a timecode on screen that helps identify which sections you want to order and licence. To order a screener, please contact your nearest Sales Office.
