Winter 1982, Northern Ireland. Over a period of six weeks, six men are killed and one seriously injured in three shooting incidents in Armagh. All the men are unarmed. 'Shoot to Kill ' is the explosive story of the alleged incidents in Armagh and the inquiry which followed, culminating in John Stalker's suspension at the very moment the inquiry was reaching its climax.
