A Florida man is suing a nightclub, claiming he suffered whiplash when a topless dancer knocked him out with her oversized breasts.

Paul Shimkonis knows some people might find his lawsuit funny, but he insists that what happened at his bachelor party at the Diamond Dolls nightclub two years ago is no laughing matter.

Shimkonis says he was attacked by Tawny Peaks, a 38-year-old exotic dancer and actress hired to perform at the bachelor party.According to the Florida man, Tawny approached him and slammed her oversized breasts into his face, knocking him out and giving him whiplash.

"I was literally seeing stars," said Shimkonis."The best way to describe it is like a concrete block hitting me in the forehead." Shimkonis filed suit in Pinellas County Court on Tuesday (June 30), seeking more than 15,000 U.S.dollars in damages from the Diamond Dolls club.

According to the suit, Shimkonis suffered head, neck and other injuries that caused bodily harm, pain, suffering, disfigurement, mental anguish and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life.

Many say the suit is ridiculous, especially those who work in the club.

"I would have liked to have been that guy sitting in the chair that night," said one worker.

The dancer, who has appeared in a number of adult magazines and has several internet sites dedicated to her career, has not been named specifically in the suit and has not yet made a public comment.
