Why can't I play video on this site?
To play the videos on the site you need up-to-date video software and a computer that supports video. Flash and QuickTime are needed to view the free preview clips on the site within shotlists.

The videos on the home page are MP4's, so they're iPad friendly. We are working on updating all our previews to be tablet friendly over the coming months.

Can I download a preview video?
If you wish to download a free preview clip, you can do so by clicking the "Download Preview" button related to the clip on the website or in your ClipBin. Viewing clips online is free of charge, saving you technical charges for screeners.
If no option for "Download Preview" is available, please contact your account manager, as the material maybe restricted. If you wish to licence and download your order, go to your ClipBin or Shopping Basket and follow the on-screen instructions.
Why is there no preview video for a clip?
Not all clips will have a preview video available on the website. This may be for several reasons for this.
If the preview video is not available for clips within a digitised shotlist the clip may be restricted or a 3rd party copyright. If the clip shows as "Rights Managed" it will be restriced and may not be available for licensing.
If the clip is listed as "No resale" it's a 3rd party copyright, so please speak to your account manager on how to obtain the material in question.
If the shotlist has no preview available and appears under the "no preview available" tab of your search results, then no video file exists.
Please speak to your account manager about the costs involved to obtain a viewing copy of this footage and any possible rights restriction.
How do I view a clipbin shared with me?
To view a clipbin please log in, go to "my account" then click first on the "my clipbins" icon at the top of the screen, then go to "Shared With Me" tab.
