You can search the ITN Source website without logging in but there are many benefits to registering and signing in.

Why do I have to register?
By registering with ITN Source you can access advanced features on the website such as:
- a Project area where you can invite other users to view your clips
- messaging your Project Members
- ClipBins to store collections of clips and your searches
- a shopping basket to licence footage for your project or production
We will only ask you to give your details once, but do keep your account details up-to-date as they will come into more use with the online fulfilment facility.
At present, we ask you to register to search the ITN Source database. This ensures that we can respond to your enquiries quickly and help you to find the exact shots that you need.
We have also extended the service we offer with registration, including shared Ecommerce and workspaces. This new function allows you to set up and share Projects and ClipBins, and purchase clips online.

The website asks me to confirm my email address. Why?
When you first visit our website you are given two options. If you are a new visitor you will need to register, validate your account from the email you will receive after registering, then complete the full registration form.
However, if you previously registered with our old website, we already have your details, so we will just ask for your email address so that we can confirm these details.

The website asks me to confirm my email address, but won't accept it.
If you haven't registered with us before, you must register through the registration page.
You will receive an email asking you to validate your account. By clicking on the link within the email, you will be taken to the account details page where you complete your details. You will then be able to use your email address and password to sign in and out of the ITN Source website.
If you get a message saying that "there has been an error with your login", please check that you are using the same email address that you registered with.
Please note that the ITN Source login system requires that your browser supports cookies and will accept them from our site.
If you can't remember the email address you registered with, or you continue to experience difficulties, please email us and one of our team will contact you.

When I complete registration, the website will not accept my details.
This is usually because of one of three problems:
1. You need to have validated your account. When you first register, you are sent an email containing a link you need to click in order to do this.
2. If you have validated your account and your details are still not accepted, you may not have completed all of the required information.
3. If you have validated your account and your details are still not accepted, there may be typing errors in the form. Ensure that sure your telephone number doesn't contain any letters and that your email address has an "@" symbol in it.
